Quick answer: Splash RV Resort is different from a normal ticketed waterpark. You normally access the water attractions by staying at the resort. Standard public day passes are not routinely sold. During lower-occupancy periods, Splash may offer Park & Play, which reserves an RV site without requiring an RV and provides day use of the resort for a party, typically starting around $99 for up to four guests.

What Is Splash RV Resort & Waterpark?

Splash RV Resort is a year-round RV and vacation resort in Milton, Florida, just off Interstate 10. The property combines RV camping, luxury cottages and Conestoga-style glamping wagons with a resort-scale aquatic complex.

The biggest difference from a standalone Florida waterpark is access: Splash was designed primarily for registered resort guests rather than large volumes of walk-in day visitors.

🌊

🚐

Splash RV Waterpark Tickets & Day Passes 2026

The word “tickets” is slightly misleading for Splash. This is not a conventional pay-at-the-gate waterpark.

Access Method 2026 Price / Rule Waterpark Included? Who It Fits
Standard Walk-In Day Pass Not normally offered — Do not arrive expecting normal gate admission.
Park & Play Typically from about $99* Yes Day visitors when inventory is released. Typically includes up to 4 guests.
RV Site Reservation Date / site dependent Yes Guests bringing their own RV.
Luxury Cottage Date dependent Yes Families wanting a full kitchen, bathroom and beds.
Conestoga Wagon Date dependent Yes Glamping visitors without an RV.
Do not drive to Splash expecting a normal day-ticket booth. The resort’s published rules say standard day passes are not offered. Park & Play availability changes with resort occupancy and is generally more likely outside peak periods. Call 850-600-8500 before making a day-use trip.

How Park & Play Works

  1. Check whether Park & Play inventory is available for your date.
  2. Reserve an eligible RV site even though you are not bringing an RV.
  3. The reservation provides day access to the resort amenities.
  4. Pricing varies with date and occupancy.
  5. The resort says the option typically starts around $99 and includes up to four guests.

How Many Waterpark Wristbands Come With an Overnight Stay?

RV-site reservations include four wristbands. Up to four additional registered guests can be added at $20 per person, per day for the length of the stay.

Cottages and wagons include wristbands for the maximum occupancy of the accommodation; additional wristbands are not sold beyond that occupancy limit.

No extra waterpark fee for registered guests: Splash’s FAQ states that use of the waterpark features is included with the stay.

Splash RV Resort Waterpark Hours 2026

Splash changes amenity hours by season and occupancy. Do not use one “10 AM–6 PM” schedule for the entire year.

Spring Break 2026

March 9–April 5

Pools / Lazy River: 8 AM–8 PM

Main slides: 10 AM–6 PM.

Spring Bridge 2026

April 6–May 24

Pools / Lazy River: 8 AM–dusk

Slides Mon–Fri 3–6 PM by request; Sat–Sun 10 AM–6 PM.

Summer 2026

May 25–August 16

Pools / Lazy River: 8 AM–8 PM

Big slides 10 AM–6 PM. Inflatable slide noon–6 PM.

Current Fall Bridge Season

August 17–November 1

Pools / Lazy River: 8 AM–dusk

Big slides Mon–Fri 3–6 PM by request; weekends 10 AM–6 PM. Inflatable slide Fri–Sun noon–6 PM.

Winter

November 2, 2026–March 8, 2027

Pools / Lazy River: 10 AM–dusk

Slides noon–dusk by request.

Why “by request” matters: during bridge and winter periods, do not assume the big slides continuously run all afternoon. Ask resort staff when you want to ride.

Verify the day before arrival: official Splash amenity hours .

Splash RV Resort Coupons, Promo Codes & Discounts 2026

Splash publishes real specials on its own website. That is safer than building a reservation around an unverified coupon-code directory.

September Local Offer 40% Off

Current September 2026 offer for guests living within 100 miles of Splash. Valid ID is required and Labor Day Weekend is excluded.

The offer must be claimed by phone rather than normal online checkout.

Service & Hospitality 25% Off

Sunday–Thursday discount for qualifying service and hospitality professionals on eligible non-peak dates.

Published promo code: SERVICE25.

Good Sam 10% Off

Splash’s current FAQ says Good Sam members receive a 10% discount.

The discount cannot be stacked and is not valid with monthly or weekly rates.

Other Splash Special Offers

Splash also promotes military discounts, longer-stay offers, seasonal packages and other reservation promotions. The active list changes throughout the year.

Coupon rule: never plan a family trip around a random “Splash RV Resort promo code” unless the discount appears on Splash’s own specials page, works in official checkout or is confirmed by the resort.

Check: current official Splash RV Resort specials .

Splash RV Resort Waterpark Rides & Attractions

Splash is smaller than a large standalone Florida waterpark, but it combines enough different water features to support an all-day resort stay without leaving the property.

🛟

Lazy River

Year-round Tube required

The lazy river is one of the resort’s centerpiece attractions. Tubes are required for riders.

Unlike the swimming pools, the lazy river is not heated.

🛝

Dual Big Waterslides

48″ minimum Open + enclosed

Splash has two major slides: one open and one enclosed.

Riders must be at least 48 inches tall.

💦

Splash Bucket Area

Kids Interactive

Family water-play space with sprays and a tipping-bucket-style splash feature.

🏊

Heated Family Pool

Heated

Splash says its swimming pools are heated, making them more usable outside peak summer weather.

🌴

Adults-Only Pool

Adults

A separate adult-oriented pool gives parents and adult travelers a quieter alternative to the family areas.

🎈

Inflatable Waterslide

Seasonal 47″ & under

The seasonal inflatable slide is intended for guests 47 inches or shorter and normally operates between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Mixed-height family advantage: a child under 48 inches may not qualify for the two large slides, but Splash provides other aquatic options including the splash area, pool, lazy river and seasonal smaller inflatable attraction.

Splash RV Resort & Waterpark Photos

Photos are particularly useful for this resort because they show the relationship between the lazy river, slides, pools, Great Lodge, RV sites and palm-lined recreation area better than a simple amenity list.

🌊 Waterpark & Lazy River Preview the resort’s pools, winding lazy river, dual slides and tropical-style central recreation zone.
🚐 RV Sites Review road width, concrete pads, tree cover and pull-through layouts before choosing a site.
🏡 Cottages & Wagons Compare traditional cottages with the resort’s climate-controlled Conestoga glamping wagons.
Best photo source: Splash maintains current imagery throughout its official water-features, amenities and accommodation pages. It also provides a dedicated 360° virtual tour, which is more useful than relying only on old traveler photos.

Splash RV Resort Prices: RV Site, Cottage or Wagon?

Splash uses live, date-sensitive lodging rates rather than one permanent nightly waterpark package price. Compare the total cost for your dates before deciding which stay type makes sense.

Summer minimum-stay rule: Splash states that cottages and wagons generally require a three-night minimum on summer weekends. Outside that period, a two-night minimum generally applies, subject to exceptions.

Splash RV Resort Food, Drinks & Tiki Bar

One advantage of a resort waterpark is that families do not need to leave the property every time someone wants a meal.

🍔

Food Trucks

Multiple food outlets operate on seasonal schedules, including breakfast-through-dinner options.

🍕

Biergarten / Pizza

The Biergarten schedule varies by season and weekday. Fall operation currently includes pizza and draft service during selected periods.

🍹

Tiki Bar

Poolside drink service runs on its own seasonal schedule and can be weather dependent.

Useful resort feature: Splash promotes food delivery directly to guest sites through its resort service/app, which can be useful when children are tired after several hours in the water.

View: current Splash food and drink information .

Splash RV Resort With Kids

Splash works well for mixed-age groups because the property does not depend on one large thrill-slide tower. Families can shift between swimming, splash play, lazy river, mini golf, arcade and campground activities.

👶

Young Children

Use the family pool and splash areas first. The seasonal inflatable slide is designed for guests 47 inches or shorter.

📏

48″+ Riders

Both large permanent slides require riders to be at least 48 inches tall.

🛟

Lazy River

There is no published age or height minimum, but riders must use a tube and parents should supervise children closely.

Resort-road awareness: Splash specifically reminds parents to watch children around moving RVs, vehicles, bicycles, scooters and golf carts. Treat the property as both a campground and a water resort.

Does Splash RV Resort Provide Pool Towels?

Splash recommends that guests bring their own pool towels.

If you forget one, the resort operates a complimentary Towel Swap station when returned towels are available. Supply is not guaranteed. Pool towels can also be purchased in the Camp Store.

Pack your own anyway. Bringing one towel per swimmer avoids relying on Towel Swap inventory during a busy summer weekend.

Pet Policy at Splash RV Resort

🐕 RV Guests

Pets are permitted with RV guests under current resort rules.

🏡 Select Cottages

Pets may stay in designated pet-friendly cottages with the current $200 pet fee.

🚫 Waterpark

Splash rents golf carts directly through the resort. They can be added during the reservation process when available.

  • Drivers must be at least 18.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Outside golf carts and LSVs are not permitted.
  • Only carts rented from Splash may be used within the resort.

Wristbands, Payments & Credit Card Fee

Registered guests receive resort wristbands. The wristband identifies authorized guests and can also be used to charge purchases to the stay.

Wristband

Keep It With You

Wristbands verify resort access and can be used for eligible on-property purchases.

Card Payments

3% Credit Card Surcharge

Splash’s current rules state that a 3% surcharge is added to credit-card transactions.

Hurricane, Tropical Storm & Cancellation Policy

Florida Panhandle vacations need a realistic weather plan, especially during tropical-weather season.

🌀

Hurricane / Tropical Warning

If the National Weather Service issues a qualifying warning affecting Splash, reservations may be changed or cancelled without the normal fee.

⚠️

State of Emergency

Similar flexibility applies when a state of emergency is declared for Santa Rosa County under the resort policy.

🚨

Full Resort Closure

Splash states that the entire property closes only in a mandatory evacuation situation.

Normal Cancellation Rule

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours before arrival can generally receive a voucher for the reservation amount, valid for one year. Cancellations inside that window do not qualify for the same voucher/refund treatment.

Area Florida Panhandle

Splash is in Milton, Florida, with convenient access from Interstate 10 and within driving distance of Pensacola, Navarre and Gulf Coast beaches.

Local trip-combination tip: Splash works especially well as a base when a family wants resort-waterpark days mixed with Navarre Beach, Pensacola or other Florida Panhandle activities instead of changing hotels every night.

Best Splash RV Resort Arrival & Waterpark Plan

Before booking
Check discounts before checkout. Compare Good Sam, military, locals, hospitality-worker and stay-length offers before paying the full live rate.
Before trip
Check seasonal amenity hours. Slide hours can be much shorter than pool/lazy-river hours.
Arrival
Do not plan early amenity access automatically. RV check-in is 2 PM; cottage and wagon check-in is 4 PM. Splash says early amenity access is not guaranteed before the unit/site is ready.
First swim
Measure children before promising the big slides. Permanent slides require 48 inches.
Afternoon
Rotate between water and dry activities. Use mini golf, arcade, sports or the Great Lodge when the family needs a break from the pool.
Dinner
Use the app or food-service schedule. Food-truck and Biergarten hours differ by season and weekday.
Evening
Respect quiet hours. Splash lists quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.
