Current Late-Season $19.99 Offer

Cowabunga Vegas currently advertises a $19.99 “Summer Isn’t Over” Any-Day ticket through September 20, 2026. The ticket is subject to taxes, fees, operating dates, capacity and the promotion’s terms.

Promotion timing matters: a deal displayed during late September should not be copied into a future-season article as a permanent admission price.

2027 Pass + Remaining 2026 Access

Cowabunga is also advertising a $105.99 2027 Season Pass promotion that includes remaining 2026 visits plus the 2027 summer season. Listed benefits include free parking at both parks and a 15% discount on qualifying food, non-alcoholic drinks and certain other purchases.

If you are visiting only once, compare the live day-ticket price first. If you expect several future visits, compare the current season-pass terms rather than deciding based only on the headline price.

Can You Bring Food Into Cowabunga Vegas?

General outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Cowabunga Bay or Cowabunga Canyon. Both parks publish limited exceptions.

💧 Water

Small hard or soft coolers up to 16 quarts may carry ice and factory-sealed water bottles.

👶 Toddlers & Infants

A small portion of toddler snacks, small juice box or infant formula is permitted under the published exception.

🩺 Medical Needs

Guests needing allergy or medical food accommodations should speak with Guest Services on arrival.

Useful re-entry option: Cowabunga allows guests to leave, use the outside picnic area and return. Get the required hand stamp before exiting.

Las Vegas Waterpark Cabanas

Both parks sell cabanas and shaded rental options, but pricing can change by cabana type, date and availability. Park admission is separate from the cabana reservation.

🏖️ Admission Separate

Do not assume the cabana price admits the guests using it.

💳 Passholder Discount

Current pass terms advertise 15% off qualifying Standard Cabanas Monday–Thursday, excluding restricted dates.

⏰ Arrival Matters

Cabana policies warn guests to contact the park when planning a late arrival so the reservation is not forfeited.

Cabana policies are more restrictive than normal day admission. Check cancellation, weather and arrival-time rules before paying.

Las Vegas Heat: How to Plan a Waterpark Day

A waterpark feels cooler than walking the Strip, but being surrounded by water does not eliminate sun exposure or dehydration risk. Much of your day still includes walking, queuing and sitting outdoors.

🧴 Sunscreen

Apply before entering and reapply according to the product directions.

💧 Hydrate

Use the sealed-water allowance instead of waiting until you feel thirsty.

🩴 Foot Protection

Hot pavement can become uncomfortable between attractions.

🌴 Shade Breaks

Schedule breaks instead of trying to complete every slide continuously.

Family tip: handle the most important thrill attractions earlier in the visit, then use the lazy river, wave pool and shaded breaks when the group needs a lower-energy period.

Rain, Lightning & Weather Closures

Attractions can temporarily close because of lightning, wind, maintenance or other safety conditions. Operating schedules may also change without notice.

Ticket warning: normal admission tickets are non-refundable after purchase, including weather-related situations under the published general ticket policy.

Cowabunga’s park FAQ also describes a qualifying Rainy Day Guarantee process in which affected guests may receive a complimentary return ticket when the park activates the program. The return ticket must be collected in person before leaving and used during the same operating season.

Lockers, cabanas, Fast Passes, food and other purchases are not automatically refunded through the rainy-day return-ticket program.

Ride your top thrill attractions first. Confirm heights and weights before spending time in a long queue.
Midday

Southern California Waterpark Option

Travelers heading toward Riverside County can compare Cowabunga’s higher-priced resort-style admission with DropZone Waterpark’s 2026 ticket and ride guide , including its FlowRider, lazy river and family play areas.

Another Inland California Option

For a smaller municipal-style park rather than a major commercial attraction, review The Cove Waterpark’s current hours and ticket guide before planning the California portion of a road trip.

Heading Toward San Diego?

Families continuing farther southwest can compare pricing, military admission, season passes and slide availability in our Wave Waterpark Vista visitor guide .

Important Desert-Waterpark History

If old Route 66 videos tempt you to search for the former park between Las Vegas and Southern California, read our Lake Dolores Waterpark 2026 status guide first; it explains why old photos and redevelopment proposals do not mean the abandoned property is an operating public attraction.

8 Las Vegas Waterpark Mistakes to Avoid

1. Buying for the wrong park

Bay and Canyon have different addresses and ride lineups.

2. Trusting generic hours

Both parks use date-specific calendars.

3. Ignoring parking

Standard parking adds $10 to the visit.

4. Missing gate discounts

Height, senior and military pricing is sold at admission windows.

5. Bringing a full cooler

Outside food rules are restrictive.

6. Forgetting height rules

A discounted child ticket does not guarantee access to every slide.

7. Skipping hydration

Swimming does not eliminate desert heat exposure.

8. Using an expired coupon

Late-season promotions can end before the operating season does.
